There are 5 natures of chakra. They have unique abilities once gained.

Strong- Wind +150 points
Weak- Water -150 points
Stat- Strength +100 points
Special- Strengthens Fire nature jutsu by 100 points

Strong- Earth +150 points
Weak- Fire -150 points
Stat- Accuracy +100 points
Special- Strengthens Wind nature jutsu by 100 points
[size=150]>Earth[/size]
Strong- Thunder +150 points
Weak- Wind -150 points
Stat- Defense +100 points
Special- Strengthens Earth nature jutsu by 100 points
[size=150]>Thunder[/size]
Strong- Water +150 points
Weak- Earth -150 points
Stat- Speed +100 points
Special- Strengthens Thunder nature jutsu by 100 points
[size=150]>Water[/size]
Strong- Fire +150 points
Weak- Thunder -150 points
Stat- Health +100 points
Special- Strengthens Water nature jutsu by 100 points
Each nature also decreases Stamina usage by 50% for the jutsu of the same element as the characters natures..
Each character can have up to 2 natures for their character. They are gained at certain ranks
Nature #1: Chunin (100SC to train) Type is put through randomize
Nature #2: Jonin (100SC to train) Type is put through randomize
Note: The exception to the ranking needs, If one goes rouge before they reach the two ranks above, they
may still be able to learn the 2 natures at 200SC a piece.
