Genin: (Unlimited)
Gained after graduating academy 7,000 Cha
C rank Jutsu
Stat bonus: +100 to all stats


Chunin: (1 for every 3 Genin)
Gained after passing Chunin exam 15,000 Cha
B rank Jutsu
Stat bonus: +200 to all stats

Gained by promotion from Kage (Must have Tracking Skill at Level 3)
B-Rank Jutsu
Stat bonus: +300 to all stats

[size=150]Jonin[/size]: (1 for ever 3 Chunin)
Gained by promotion from Kage 30,000 Cha
A rank + S Rank Jutsu
Stat bonus: +300 to all stats

[size=150]Special Jonin[/size]: (1 for every 2 Jonin)
Gained by promotion from kage 35,000 Cha
A rank + S Rank Jutsu
Stat bonus: +300 to all stats

[size=150]Sannin[/size]: (Only 3 aloud per village)
Gained by Kage or Senin of different land if saw as equal in battle 50,000 Cha
